As humans,  we constantly change how we feel and interact and connect with ourself and others. Our energy levels, happiness, confidence and enthusiasm for life fluctuate, leading to a feeling of being out of balance and out of control. The modern world has also become fragmented and disjointed so that many of us have lost our way. The result is that our sense of connection to what is meaningful has become distorted. 

To combat this, Shape Wellbeing design and deliver short interactive wellbeing workshops that help you feel reconnected with yourself and the world at large, leading to a sense of calmness and a clearer picture of who you are in terms of your inner wellbeing. 

We extract established psychotherapy theory from textbooks and give it purpose by making it relevant in the modern world through shared lived experience examples. You will see, and practice, a range of tools, techniques and strategies that literally give you the ability to begin to make the lifestyle changes you want, at the pace you want – before you even leave the first workshop session.

All workshops are online via Zoom and are ‘live’ with full trainer support .
